Keeping ourselves safe

This Term we have working on keeping ourselves safe (Kos). We first listened to a story and we listed down what we could do if we were in that scenario and how that might effect others. We did 2 of these stories. The other day we had Constable Terry come in for a session on keeping ourselves safe. In this session we talked about the different types of abuse, the different types of abuse are Physical, Neglect, Family, Emotional, Sexual and Cyber abuse. We have worked on a babysitters guide for what you would think... babysitting.

This week for numeracy / Topic I have been working on a map to show 5 bad tsunamis and me and James found it very hard to find tsunamis but we did it.

This week for reading I have completed a follow up on exploring a jungle. I found it hard to do an informing paragraph because It was hard to think of flowers and fly and bugs for my informing paragraph
 but I did an Entertaining paragraph, An informing paragraph and a persuading paragraph. Here it is.

Summary: 
There is a visitor that came to old mouse city and he wants some volunteers to go with him to go to this really icy land to find this moving mountain and geronimo wanted to go but the moving mountain was just a woolly animal that is a giant that try's to kill them so they find out that these small guys had tamed him so they could stay in him and every one there gets along in the end

Summary:  People all around Old mouse city are racing for 500 shells while they are in the stone age and Trap And geronimo are in a team and they come third but Thea (Geronimo's sister) comes first and gives it to them because they saved her.

All blacks crush france

The All Blacks have thumped France 62-13 at Wembly stadium in Cardiff.

The All Blacks ran away with the game and scored nine tries to France’s one.

Three of them came to Julian Savea. The other tries came to Tawera Kerr Barlow who got two, with one each to Brodie Ritalic, Nehe Milner Skudder, Jerome Kaino and Kieran Read.

The All Blacks were dominant in every area of the park and showed they will be a force later int he tournament.
