Basic Italian

In class we are learning Italian with Miss Power. We had to find Italy on the map and then we learnt basic phrases in Italian. We had to put them on a google drawing and make it look good. Here is my drawing.

Today I have made a drawing about The Boy In The Striped Pyjamas. We have read the book and watched the movie and there were differences. We had to make a drawing to tell the differences about the book and the movie and the parts that were the same.

Self Respect

Today and yesterday I have made a drawing of self respect. We had to make it from whanau time. It was to teach us Self respect and how to do it.

Week 9 reflection

This week i have had a league tournament and our team for the school came 3rd in the tournament. We went in with watching a couple games then we came up for a game against the Richmond tigers and we lost. Then we came up against The West coast combined team an lost roughly about 6-0. We came back in the last 2 games and won both games. So that's that. Here is a team photo.

I have done a word of the week where we have to come up with as much words as we can out of 1 word. This weeks word was encyclopedia. I like doing this because it is a simple task. I have a drawing of my words. I googled lots of random words to help me.

My maths is a work in progress but I will show a slide of my work!

We have been doing PrEP since last week. PrEP is where you are in a group and you make stuff. There are mini market and big market. I am in an origami group and I have learn't how to make : Claws and ninja stars. Ninja stars are the hardest to make for me. Here is a photo of an origami ninja star (Not mine)

This week for writing I have been working on a mummy explanation.

Next time I need to write more so my work looks better.

This book is about a 78 story Treehouse that Andy Griffiths and Terry Denton live in and they want to make a movie about the Treehouse and call it the Treehouse movie. They find a movie director called Mr Big Shot and he was the director of movies in Hollywood. Andy said he was the narrator but Mr Big Shot said there is no narrator in a movie so he wasn't in the movie. one of the new story's were Andy-land.

This week for Literacy I have done a google drawing about the Galapagos islands I found it hard because I had to have ten interesting facts about them. Here is mine
