Brunner mine Trip

On Monday our class went to the Brunner Mine site . We went because we are reading this book called 'The Mines Afire' written by Thelma Eakin and Susan Batteye. We went out for most of the day doing activities. First our group had to dress up to do some photos (They were cringe). Then we had to look around for some information to answer some questions. Our group went and walked around to look at the old coke ovens.
Then we had lunch. We went to the Stillwater Cemetery for a little bit.

    Kia Ora Kristain, It's Megan here! I like that you have added a photo of us at Brunner Mine. Next time you could describe the activities we did a bit better. My favourite activity was doing the mimes, what was your favourite activity? Keep up the great work!

    I like the way you put all the information on what you done. What did you like the most about the trip? Nice job. I thought the day was ok, the best part was dressing up and taking the photo.
